🛠️ Step-by-Step Process
1️⃣ Prepare Your Workspace

Work on a clean, dust-free flat surface.

Cover the table with silicone sheet or plastic

Wear gloves + mask for safety
2️⃣ Measure & Mix Resin

Use 1:1 ratio (Epoxy A + B) unless your brand specifies otherwise
-
Mix slowly for 3–5 minutes
-
Remove bubbles using:
-
Heat gun
-
Warm water bath
-
Letting resin rest for a few minutes

3️⃣ Add Colors & Decorations
You can customize the keychain with:

Glitter
-
Gold foil
-
Flowers
-
Pigments
-
Shimmer
-
Crushed stones
✨ Mix gently so no bubbles form.
4️⃣ Pour Resin into Mold

Pour slowly from one corner
-
Fill 50% first if you want layered designs

Add decorations inside the mold
-
Then fill the rest
Tip: Tap the mold lightly to remove trapped air bubbles.
5️⃣ Insert Name / Initials (Optional)
If making a name keychain:

Use alphabet stickers or acrylic letters
-
Place them carefully with tweezers

You can also use vinyl-cut names
If making an initial letter keychain:

Just fill the letter mold normally
-
Add gold foil / glitter for premium look
6️⃣ Let it Cure (Dry)

Cure time: 12–24 hours
-
Keep it covered to avoid dust
-
Do not move the mold while curing
7️⃣ Remove from Mold

Gently demold after full curing
-
The piece should come out shiny and clear
8️⃣ Drill a Hole
If your mold doesn’t have a built-in hole:

Use a mini hand drill

Make a small hole at the top
-
Be gentle to avoid cracks
9️⃣ Add Hardware
Attach:

Eye pin / Screw pin

Jump ring
-
Keyring hook
Use pliers to tighten the hardware securely.
🔟 Finishing Touch

Sand rough edges with fine sandpaper

Apply UV resin on top for:

Shine

Smooth finish

Extra durability
